Tech, Energy Add Pop To Commercial Real Estate Rise
Investor’s Business Daily
The provider of real estate and investment services says Seattle drew 138%
more transaction dollars in 2012 vs. 2011 for commercial properties worth
$5 million or more. Austin leapt 131%, and San Jose jumped 105%. By
comparison, Manhattan rose 25%.
